My experience covers a period of more than 50 years as a Research Specialist, Director of Research and Development, Major Program Management and as a Senior Executive.  This experience has been both in the DOD Missiles & Space and Civil Aviation  program areas,  and is at the Global level.  My travels throughout the world  and recognition give me access to a network of professional, commercial and government officials in both the S&T and Aerospace Program arenas.  This includes living in the USSR/FSU for more than five years as McDonnell Douglas Vice President  of the USSR/FSU McDonnell Douglas Russian Academy of Sciences Center for Technology Development and its successor the Boeing Center in Moscow
